Since 2002, Charlotte Dunagan Design Group has been a unique firm specializing in high end luxury residential projects. In 2016, the firm evolved into Dunagan Diverio Design Group, a team of discreet professionals with their focus on interiors and exteriors with a deeper, richer, more intuitive understanding of the client’s needs; to uncover the true objective driving the design of the home. Dunagan Diverio Design Group believes in building meaningful relationships with their clients and approaching each project with a distinctive and personal process; with special attention to detail. With the ability and flexibility to design projects ranging from ultra modern to very traditional, Dunagan Diverio Design Group is able to tackle every project type with confidence and knowledge. In addition to designing the interiors of each residence, Dunagan Diverio Design Group works closely with their trade partners to integrate every aspect from the interior to the exterior. Their mission is for every space to embody ‘timeless understated elegance.’

Dunagan Diverio Design Group strongly believes in giving back to those less fortunate. For every contract awarded to the firm a contribution is made towards any number of different projects through B1G1, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a world that is full of giving.

Charlotte Dunagan

Charlotte Dunagan began her formal Arts Education at the MGM School of Design in Nice, France and completed her education at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. Charlotte was born into a world of design, her mother an interior designer and her father an antique aficionado. Growing up in France, Charlotte was exposed to an abundance of collectible art, antiques, and furnishings that would later help shape her timeless and elegant approach to design. Since opening her own firm in 2002, Charlotte has made her mark on numerous projects but her main focus remains on large scale, high-end residences. With an elite clientele, she has been able to produce some of the most sophisticated and sought-after interiors in South Florida. Charlotte is applauded for her authentic, timeless interiors creating spaces that emanate understated elegance and warmth. She combines her eye for color with an eclectic mix of furniture and textures, sheer creativity, traditional flair and attention to detail. Her solutions combine form and function; synergistically blending substance and style to not only perfectly answer a brief, but go beyond it. She always creates unforgettable spaces that truly reflect the client’s personality. “When I first meet my clients I pick up on all the small details that make them who they are…I’m a strong believer in building structures that are timeless and creating a sophisticated background that we will love forever”. Thomas Diverio

Thomas Diverio graduated from one of the top architectural programs in the nation; the University of Miami School of Architecture. Having such a strong architectural background has allowed him to have a unique perspective when it comes to designing interiors. There is an art to understanding the architecture of a home and being able to convey these elements into the character and design of the interiors. A home must consist of an interior and exterior that are integrated and create a cohesive design that tells a story which is not only timeless, but elegant and functional.

With over 15 years of experience in the Architectural Design industry, Thomas has become an accomplished designer in the high-end residential community. By working for some of South Florida’s top firms, he has gained a vast amount of experience in everything from landscape design, historical preservation, high-end luxury residential and hospitality design. His strengths however lie in the creative design phase where he is able to use his exceptional vision and design talents to meticulously design cutting edge one of a kind projects that truly set themselves apart.

As Principal Partner at Dunagan Diverio Design Group, he successfully spearheads all the major design concepts for each and every project. Collaboration with our clients is of upmost importance and value to all aspects of the project. Under his supervision, a team of designers will help to bring all aspects of the project together to create homes that exhibit timeless design, with an extreme attention to detail.
